16th June 2006- Real Eyes benefit night at rampART social centre, London.

A big THANK YOU to everyone who came and made it a memorable night. We couldn't have done it without you!

Lasting until the early hours of the morning, and spread over four rooms, the night was a masala of live music, DJs and visual artists, documentaries and films and home cooked Indian food in a space which displayed campaign materials from an array of NGOs.

Special thanks to those people who donated their skills and energy to help out, with particular recognition owing to the performers- Matt B, Joe, Jax, DubElla, the infamous Sniffle Brothers, the charismatic Wayne and VJs Jamika and the Quack! Not to mention the mystery magician who appeared on the roof terrace from nowhere. Thanks to our volunteer doorman, Mark.

The purpose of the night was to raise awareness of our organisation and the international project work that we do. Proceeds went to our partner organisation Aashray to support their continued work with street kids in India and to expand our environmental education workshops in Guatemala.
